When you train at IPC, you're not just getting sessions — you're investing in your coach's years of experience, backed by an entire team invested in your success. You'll have access to a world-class, premium training app to track your progress, stay accountable, and communicate directly with your coach whenever you need.


Most importantly, we're here to solve your specific problem and deliver the exact result you're chasing — whether it's dropping weight, building strength, improving confidence, or moving pain-free. Our full focus is on getting you there, with the best support you've ever experienced.

At IPC, the atmosphere is supportive, professional, and personal. Even though we operate across multiple facilities, every coach is 100% dedicated to your success — both inside and outside the gym.


With multiple decades of combined experience across our coaching team, we deliver a high-level, professional standard of coaching while keeping it personal. You'll never feel like "just a number" here. It's a welcoming, tight-knit environment where your goals matter, your challenges are heard, and your wins are celebrated.

You can expect to see and feel significant changes within the first 21 days — whether that's more energy, better movement, or improved mood. Within 10–12 weeks, you'll know for sure you're on the right track, with visible progress and a clear sense of accomplishment. That's why all programmes start at a minimum of 12 weeks.


Many of the habits, imbalances, or issues you're dealing with have taken years to develop. While we make a real impact in the first few weeks, lasting transformation takes time and consistency. We're in this for the long haul with you.

Everything you could need to achieve real progress and success:


  • A world-class app with your tailored training programme
  • Regular sessions and check-ins with your coach for confidence, progression, and accountability
  • Nutritional guidelines and assistance for long-term, sustainable success
  • A community of like-minded individuals who are walking your path — or who have already walked it
  • Progress tracking, performance data, and direct coach communication

Investment starts at $75.00 per week — all-inclusive, bespoke training tailored entirely to you and your milestones. This covers your programme, coaching sessions, nutrition guidance, app access, and ongoing accountability.


All programmes start at a minimum of 12 weeks. This is because lasting transformation takes time and consistency — and within 10–12 weeks, you'll have clear, visible progress and a real sense of accomplishment. The discovery call is completely free with no commitment required.

Ultimately, that's exactly what we empower our clients to do long-term — once they've built the knowledge, habits, and confidence. But with most gyms averaging only 15% attendance, the reality is that going alone rarely works.
