Group classes are typically one-size-fits-all. Everyone does the same workout, regardless of their fitness level, injuries, or goals. At Inner Power Coaching, it’s personal. Every session is based on your program, your goals, and what your body needs on the day. You’ll have a dedicated coach overseeing your training, adjusting movements, and keeping you accountable — so you’re not just another face in the crowd.

Those who’ve never stepped foot in a gym, or it’s been 5+ years since they last trained. Regardless of age, they need genuine support, clear guidance, and a safe, welcoming space to build confidence and create lasting habits — not become part of the 80% who sign up to a gym and never show up.Time-Poor Professionals (Ages 40-65):
Busy professionals juggling careers, families, and responsibilities, who are dealing with one or two key issues they want to fix or prevent — whether it’s weight gain, back pain, strength loss, or just feeling like they’ve lost control of their health. They value structure, expert coaching, and want to ensure they see real, measurable results without wasting time. -

You can expect to see and feel significant changes within the first 21 days — whether that’s more energy, better movement, or improved mood. More importantly, within 10-12 weeks, you’ll know for sure that you’re on the right track, with visible progress and a clear sense of accomplishment. Hence our training starts at a minimum of 10 weeks.
Remember, many of the habits, imbalances, or issues you’re dealing with have taken years to develop. While we can make a real impact in the first few weeks, lasting transformation takes time and consistency. We’re in this for the long haul, and we’ll work together to get you where you want to be.

Depends on the term program.
In our terminology, a program is a specifically tailored and designed set of movements prescribed post diagnostic and clarity around milestones.
If you mean a A4 piece of paper with random exercises and numbers on it, then 100% no.
Without proper screening as well as understanding, this would be totally unethical and most of all not useful in the long term. If it was just about knowledge of what to do, we'd all have six packs and lamborghinis.

Absolutely and that is what we empower our clients to do long term once they learn the building blocks of success.
However, with most gyms only having an 15% attendance rate each week, that is if the gym has 1000 members, only 150 attend once per week,
Not a lot of people can.
Reality is if you're not qualified in these areas, don't leave it to chance.
You wouldn't touch your own plumbing, you'd hire a plumber.
You wouldn't fix your own electrical sockets, you'd hire an electrician.
You wouldn't file your own taxes, you'd hire an accountant.
You wouldn't cut your own hair, you'd hire a hairdresser or a barber.
You wouldn't try to fix your engine in your own car, you'd hire a mechanic.
You wouldn't build your own house, you'd hire a builder.
So why would we leave the most valuable asset, our body, to chance
